This can offer an inexpensive "upgrade" path. It also can be legally installed on up to 3 computers in your home. Also (from the footnote on that PDF file): "The WordPerfect X7 application in the WordPerfect Office X7 – Home and Student Edition does not include the following features or functionality: PDF Import, PDF Forms, SharePoint support, Metadata Removal, Bates Numbering, pleading paper, Pleading Expert, Tables of Authorities, document review or routing slip." Note, however, that it can create PDFs - it just cannot import them for editing. As you might expect from the reduced price, the Home and Student Edition lacks a few features compared to the Standard Edition - such as the WordPerfect eBook Publisher.
